Ensures that the brand is represented in the right medium and with the right content by conducting and developing coordination, and communication among media organizations and publishing company.

 

Duties and responsibilities

1- Prepares press releases and media promotion files to advertise company brands, books and writers.

2- Sends press releases and media promotion files to press members.

3- Organizes and tracks regular media promotions by sending promotional samples (books, catalogues etc.)

4- Oversees advertising, communication and meetings with representatives of media companies.

5- Ensures that the activities and events of the company are represented in the press.

6- Keeps the communication database, which holds contact information of press members, up to date.

7- Tracks and reviews press representations of the publishing house, brands, books, projects, writers and events; shares them with the manager, ensures the corrections of mistakes.

8- Keeps records and archives news about the company (press and digital).

9- Organizes press conferences.

10- Provides visual and informative contents to the press.
