Oversee media purchase operations in accordance with corporate communication strategies.


Duties and responsibilities

1- Determines purchase needs in accordance with corporate communication strategies.

2- Prepares periodic and annual budgets in accordance with determined purchase needs and sends budgets for approval.

3- Prepares and executes approved annual media purchase plan to ensure productivity and efficiency; reviews and revises the plan if need be.

4- Oversees bargains, prices and contracting processes with media companies or agencies.

5- Oversees periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) operations (advertisement and page reservations etc.) with media companies.

6- Ensures that the purchases are coherent with the contract.

7- Coordinates communication between media agency and corporate managers.

8- Reviews invoices within the framework of contracts and agreements.
