Duties and responsibilities

1- Maintains healthy and reliable customer relations within the framework of company rules.

2- To convey the working principles and sales strategies of the publishing house to clients.

3- Executes sales and promotions for all company books with the sales representative.

4- Collaborates with the field personnel.

5- Informs customers regularly about the company products.

6- Oversees the returned items in coordination with logistics department.

7- Solves customer problems caused by logistic services.

8- Tracks financial/commercial position of the customers and informs managers.

9- Informs managers and sales representatives about the customer complaints and requests, offers solutions.
