1- Researches potential markets.

2- Informs employees and customer representatives who can affect costumer decisions about the product in detail.

3- Oversees preparation and production of sale enhancing material after reviewing feedbacks from the field.

4- Informs upper management about feedbacks from the field.

5- Directs orders to sales team after visiting the field.

6- Gathers information to back up competition analysis reports.
